Kate Thompson, Director / Licensed Finance Broker - no. 1610

I have over 25 years experience Banking and the finance industry, covering mortgages, investment property finance, commercial loans, leasing, chattel mortgages and factoring.

I was the highest loan writer for AGC in the country and have won many awards. I still write a significant amount of business and was in the top 100 loan writers across the whole of Australia for 2005 and 2006. I am in the top 10 loan writers in 2007, having fininshed 4th on business written for the whole of Australia and 1st in WA (as published in MPA Magazine).

My focus these days is on promoting Mortgage Miracles and teaching people about investment property finance through our seminars.


 

Mark Read, Technology and Business Development Director

I emigrated to Australia with my wife Julie and Scott to see another part of the world and came out to Perth on a business visa in 2004. The need to finance any new business venture allowed me to meet Kate Thompson who was working as a finance broker locally. Very soon Mortgage Miracles was born and we have worked hard to build this business in a very competitive market.

I have worked across all aspects of IT in the UK up to director level and founded an Internet based property company in 1999 that allowed private individuals to sell property on the Internet just as that market was starting. I brought with me skills I learnt in that new market and along with Kate’s great broking background, we have very quickly helped Mortgage Miracles gain market share.


 

Robbie Murphy, General Manager

With in excess of 20 years in the Banking industry working both in Australia and overseas, Robbie brings a wealth of experience to the Mortgage Miracles executive team. With a career spanning Corporate and Private banking as well as the Retail arm of one of Australia’s biggest banks, Robbie’s dynamic approach and comprehensive experience is an asset to Mortgage Miracles.

I have worked within the finance industry for over 13 years, 10 of those with the Commonwealth Bank as a Personal Lending Manager. I have an extensive knowledge of the home loan market and with the wide range of products we offer, feel I can help most people get a better deal for their circumstances.

I moved from the Gold Coast in 2002 to be with family. I joined Mortgage Miracles March 2004 and have never looked back.

Drew Murrie, Loan Writer

I have worked in the Finance Industry for several years and have recently returned from America after living out there with my wife and 3 young sons.

I came to work with Mortgage Miracles as it was a forward thinking company with diverse products and utilised new technology along with good old fashioned customer service, something I was comfortable with.

Since joining I have worked closely with Kate Thompson one of the principals and have expanded my knowledge considerably into the Investment Property finance side of the buisness.


 

Trevena Fisher, Administration Centre Manager

I have worked within the finance/banking industry for 10+ years, I have been based in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide and have worked in both commercial and residential credit assessment and mortgage management areas. I have a broad and diverse knowledge of the mortgage market and associated range of products we offer, along with the knowledge of how best to package the loans to ensure a speedy approval process for our clients.

I moved from Adelaide to Perth recently in March 2006 and joined Mortgage Miracles at the beginning of 2007. I am enjoying working with everyone at Mortgage Miracles as they are always looking for better ways to help their clients.
